How Often Do You Change Bags?
Life is too short to just have one bag, personally I like have at least a bag for each occasion. Basically I like to have at least one fancy evening bag, one daily tote, one travel bag, and one unique bag. Given that as a basic guideline I on average buy a new bag every month to fill other category voids like a luxury bag, black leather bag, a canvas bag, a lightweight bag, a backpack, a bag with wheels, a patent leather bag, a messenger bag, and a bag that I wouldn’t mind getting dirty or throwing away. Now that I mentioned it I can’t even count how many bags I have in my closet. Maybe one day I can open a museum and display it all. *Smiles* Bags make me happy.
I want to know how often on average do other people change bags or buy new ones. What other categories make you add a new bag to your closet? Do you have a certain way you organize your bags in the closet. My friend’s husband built a custom rack for her in the closet so she could hang all her entire collection. I thought that was sweet. Let me know what ideas you have.

I change my bag evertime I change my shoes if it is 3 or 4 times a day then i change bags that many times. I have so many bags. Large and small and all colors.

When I was younger I didn’t care that much about handbags or purses. As long as I had a basic black leather for everyday and a beige or cream for light colored pastel outfits. That was 25 years ago! Now that I can afford to buy a new bag once or twice every month, I ususally do. Just this past week I bought 4 new clutch purses. They were all handmade by different designers. Two of them are recycled from old leather skirts and jackets. I love things that are unique, so my purse and handbag collection is quite large and very rare. What an expensive hobby collecting bags is. But well worth it!
