Donna Karan Goatskin Loop Pouch

This is an interesting bag. I was just browsing the net when I came across an image of this bag. My initial reaction? Confusion. It’s just one of those bags when I just don’t know what to think. I suppose it’s a creative idea to loop the handles over one another so there’s no extra work to buckle it closed or zip it closed. But is the bag outlined with a zipper? After finding the bag on saksfithavenue.com and zooming in closer, yes it is outlined with a zipper. I guess you could zip the outer body or wear it unzipped depending on how much you have to carry. The zipper outline looks cool, but I would never wear it. Why? Because this bag would most definitely ruin whatever clothing I am wearing especially delicate ones. The Saks site no longer has this pouch, but they used to sell it for $695. A little pricey to ruin my clothes.
