I suppose Target is in the clear for now.

After suing Target for selling handbags similar to the trademark Coach design, Coach has now attacked Kmart for selling luggage very similar to Coach’s trademarked “C”s. Coach filed the lawsuit March 4 and claims Kmart has misappropriated their designs of featuring four “C”s arranged in a square pattern. While Coach suitcase and satchel generally run about $500 and $350, not $79.99 at Kmart. Coach hopes that the lawsuit will stop the sale of counterfeit bags.

Better think twice about stealing other people’s designs. Don’t want a big company like Coach suing you for every penny you have.
