Watch out for Burberry Counterfeits!!

Now that we’re in the counterfeits zone, here’s another story: Burberry is now suing TJX Co. that owns TJ Maxx and Marshalls for selling counterfeits in mass quantities. This designer label claims to have found counterfeit polo shirts at Marshalls. Supposedly, Burberry was nice enough to give them a chance to remove all their counterfeits items however the retail store rejected the gesture and continued selling more infringing clothing, luggage, scarves and even photo frames! With the counterfeits bearing one or more Burberry marks, many people shopping at TJ Maxx thought they were buying the real deal for a steal. Now Burberry is accusing TJX Co. of “attracting their target customer base and profiting at Burberry’s expense”. Watch out for what you’re buying!!
