Bedazzle!!

I have never been a fan of bedazzling. I’m not even a fan of rhinestones. So you can only imagine my reaction when I saw the picture above: ‘Oh. My. God. People actually bedazzle their Birkins?’ I was about to have a heart attack. I couldn’t think of anything more disrespectful of an artist than to alter his/her creation in an extremely distasteful manner. It’s like graffiting a Picasso.
If you can believe this, this bag is actually designed by an upcoming brand Leah & Bliss. It may not be a Hermes Birkin bag, but it definitely is a look a like. Leah & Bliss are two friends who have designed this bag and tested their creation out on the streets of New York. After many compliments, they have decided to create a company where they now make bags of real leather and hand-make the stone work. This particular bag is called Glamazon and comes in two sizes and in many colors. This bag retails for $495 for the larger one and $395 for the smaller size.
You know my opinion. What’s yours?

This bag is such a conversation piece wherever I go I get compliments and stopped. I was just in LA and got photographed wearing it. I highly recommend getting one and if its not your style venture out and wear something out of the ordinary.

The only place I know where you can get one of these bags is at their website at leahandbliss.com. However, it doesn’t seem like the site shows their colors/sizes option. You can check it out and let me know how it goes!

I think it is great that LV are giving back to the earth. They aren’t forced to do it so well done to them. Primary schools in Aust. really teach the recycle, reuse and reduce message to the children, which means as they grow up there is hope for the future.
