There has been several blogs here about several different iPad cases, so I decided to go look for different iPhone cases since some of my friends are crazy over making their phones look nice. They ‘fix’ up their phone like they are ‘fixing’ up their cars; it’s crazy. I think it is amusing that people will spend additional money (on top of the already expensive iPhone) to buy whatever they think is pretty casing. I suppose it is sort of like accessorizing your phone, like accessorizing your outfit. I have researched several different designer iPhone cases, and these are the brands that I have found that indeed make iPhone cases: Louis Vuitton (of course), Juicy couture, Prada and Fendi. Louis Vuitton has created four different cases: monogram canvas, taiga leather, epi leather, and alligator skin. The basic monogram costs roughly about the same as an iPhone with a contract, but the alligator skin will cost you $1120, double the cost of one phone!! The Juicy Couture has several different colors of rubber cases as well as the hardshell case that you just snap on. Their cases range from $20-about $35. Prada has a calfskin leather iPhone case with an engraved logo and a removable charm that costs $140 at Saks Fifth, but it’s currently sold out. Fendi has rubber cases that cost about 35 British Pounds, which is about $55. Care to decorate your iPhone, anyone?
