Rebecca Minkoff Japan Relief

If you haven’t made a donation to the Red Cross or other charities for the Japan Earthquake/Tsunami disaster, you can make your donation by purchasing a Rebecca Minkoff bag. It’s not exactly a donation, but rather a purchase for a very good cause. Rebecca Minkoff will donate $100 from the sale of each red purse to the American Red Cross to help the Japanese victims affected by the devastating events. She has created a section on her website to dedicate this cause which features six red Italian leather bags. Why red? Probably to symbolize Japan’s symbolic red sun and the Red Cross. All six bags are affordable, ranging from $295-$495. If you don’t have that much money to purchase a bag, you can also directly donate to the Red Cross via her website and donate a small amount. All proceeds will provide medical care, food and shelter to the victims. I hope many of you will show your support.
