Expensive Louis Vuitton Handbag

I was surfing the web during my lunch break looking for a pocket watch and I came across a blog discussing the worlds’ most expensive pocket watch. What caught my attention though was Louis Vuitton’s most expensive handbag. It’s called the ‘Louis Vuitton Tribute Patchwork Bag’ with an emphasis on “patchwork.” It looks like Dr. Frankenstein was hired to design this monstrosity. It’s a ridiculous patchwork of fifteen samples of bags that are apart of LV’s Spring/Summer cruise line.

So when this bag was released it automatically sold out for a whopping price of $45,000! This makes me question the tastes people have these days. Is everyone just forking over money for the sake of a prestigious brand? At that cost I could have purchased a car or donated to charity. Like what my friends point out to me when we eat out and I have leftovers that I don’t plan doggy bagging, “Think of all the starving children in third world countries.” Enough said.
