Unfortunately, it is not probable to make certain that this web site is entirely free of human or technological errors. This web site may contain typographical mistakes, omission of information, and inaccurate information (some may be related to pricing, availability, and product descriptions). We reserve the right to correct any mistakes, omissions, inaccuracies, including after the submission of an order and to modify or update information at any time without prior notice.

The prices shown on RIONI.com and in our price list in our catalog are quoted using the United States Dollar (USD). Every effort is applied to ensure the accuracy of errors regarding prices on this web site; however, errors may still be present. If upon discovery of an error on the price of merchandise you have ordered, Chateau Anne allows you the option of reconfirming the order at the corrected price or canceling the order. However, if a representative is unable to contact you, Chateau Anne will treat the order as a cancelled order.

Title to the products you order and the risk of damage or losses to the products pass to you upon deliverance, provided that we have received the full funds necessary for the products.


Product Availability
The products available on RIONI.com and through Chateau Anne include handbags, wallets, luggage, cosmetic bags, coin purses, holders for sunglasses and cell phones, other accessories, and gifts. All products are subject to availability. Having your product(s) delivered in a timely manner is one of our primary concerns. Therefore, in the case of a shortage of stock, a representative will contact you via email or telephone promptly. The items will then be put on back order for the particular item(s) that are out of stock. Back orders consists of a "first come first serve" basis meaning that clients will receive their products in the order they have purchased. However, if the product is a discontinued item or is no longer in production, the item will be removed from the back order, unless otherwise specified.

Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, contact us promptly by email at services[@]rioni.com or via telephone at 1-800-688-6280. Please retain the original copy of the sales invoice, the packaging materials, and the product(s).

Products may be returned or exchanged towards credit to the next order. Any merchandise that has been used, worn, altered, damaged, or shows any form of wear will not be accepted.

Before returning any product purchased, you must request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may acquire a RMA number via email or via telephone. Please inform us about the reason for return by providing us with a brief description regarding the product, the style number of the product(s), and other related information concerning the return. If the reason is qualified for a return or exchange, a RMA number will be provided to the client. The definition of a sufficient reason is based solely upon the decision of Chateau Anne - RIONI.

Please note that in case of a return or an exchange, the shipping costs will not be refunded. If after the reception of the product(s) is in need of an exchange, a representative will contact you via email or telephone to discuss which styles(s) you would like as a replacement. In the case of an exchange, if the original item's value is less that the replacement item, we will apply credit for the exchange and charge you only the difference. However, if the original item's value is higher than the replacement item, we will only credit back the difference and apply it to your next order. Shipping will be sent back at no additional charge if cause of return is due to manufacture defect. Customers are responsible for return shipping for exchange.

Upon the receipt of the returned product(s), our return department will make every effort to promptly process the return.

For the purposes of tracking and liability reasons, when shipping returned merchandise, we recommend using delivery service with parcel insurance and tracking capabilities. Chateau Anne will not be held responsible for any form of compensation or reimbursement in the case that parcel(s) are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

Chateau Anne reserves the right to refuse returned merchandise that does not meet our return terms and policies in RIONI.com's sole discretion.

Full refund of merchandise will be given within 10 days from date of receipt (only in its original packaging and condition) for any manufacturer's defect. Replacements will be made within 30 days from date of purchase under our discretion. There will be absolutely no returns after 12 months.


Changes and Cancellations
If you choose to modify or cancel your order, please contact a representative or email chateau[@]rioni.com as soon as possible. Chateau Anne will make every possible effort to fulfill your request. However, once a product has be already been shipped out, the purchase can no longer be modified or cancelled until the purchase has been returned to us and further through the acknowledgement from our return department. In this case, please abide to the terms that apply in our Return and Exchanges policies.

Repairs
Chateau Anne offers services for repairs only for products purchased from Chateau Anne USA Inc. Products may be mailed directly to the repair department at:

Along with the product, please enclose the original or a copy of the sales invoice, your email address and/or your contact phone number, and a detailed description regarding the repair. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a repair. We reserve the right to request for a longer period in case of special circumstances. A representative will contact you via phone or email.

If the repair is for a RIONI product in which the warranty has already been expired, we will contact the customer regarding the costs of repairing or replacing the product.

For all Eiffel and Vincent Van Gogh Product repairs please contact the manufacturer due to our discontinued production of the line.


Shopping Gift Bags
We provide complimentary posters, displays, gift boxes, gift bags and plaques with the RIONI logo for our customers to display and assist in selling the product upon request. All complimentary items are not for resale. We offer these to our new clientele. New and returing customers may request for extra RIONI displays, plaques, and or gift bags.

Warranty
A limited warranty card is accompanied with every RIONI product. Warranties are valid for a period of one year. Our limited warranty covers all manufacturing and/or mechanical defects, excluding malfunction or deterioration caused by acts of negligence and/or accidents. At their sole discretion, RIONI.com will repair or replace any component or part that needs to be restored to full working order.
RIONI.com has taken every effort to ensure that every product we deliver arrives to you without defects. However, if you notice a defect upon the receipt of your order, you may exchange or return the product to us. In this case, please abide to our Return and Exchanges policies.
