Placing Orders
Purchases may be made through our sales department at Chateau Anne via phone at 1-800-688-6280, fax at 626-308-0087, online at www.rioni.com or email at chateau[@]rioni.com. Purchases may be made at Chateau Anne - RIONI's Showroom by appointment ONLY. Clients making a purchase must reside in the United States or Canada. For other countries, clients must show proof of business and be approved for purchase on a case to case basis. Chateau Anne - RIONI reserves the right to refuse purchases to any user abusing the Chateau Anne - RIONI policies.

For first time customers, a minimum purchase of $500 is required for the first order to be placed unless informed otherwise (i.e. promotions or show specials).

Chateau Anne - RIONI accepts the following forms of payment for purchases online:

The items marked with an * require prior approval by a representative from Chateau Anne - RIONI. Your credit card will only be charged upon completion of credit card verification and when the order is shipped. Personal checks and business checks are accepted however, products will not be shipped until the check has been cleared. We also offer NET terms which requires prior approval of credit and/or qualification of credit references. In addition, we offer cash on delivery (COD) per customer request and prior approval.

Sales Tax
Customers of Chateau Anne - RIONI will not be charged a sales tax.

Shipping
Orders made from Chateau Anne are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Please allow one or two business days for processing your order. However, orders are usually processed on the same day the order has been received. Orders are processed and shipped from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Chateau Anne cannot be held responsible for delays that are unexpected.

For Security reasons, orders placed with Chateau Anne and through RIONI.com require a signature confirmation upon the receipt of your purchase.

Clients are required to pay for shipping. Chateau Anne - RIONI's standard shipping is standard UPS ground or standard FedEx ground. For standard shipping method for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico is by USPS. Upon request for international or express delivery, rates will change accordingly. To inquire specific shipping rates before ordering you may contact a representative at 1-800-688-6280.

For refused shipments, there will be a 20% charge of the whole shipment for re-stocking plus freight.

Tracking
Upon completion of an order, an invoice will be enclosed with the shipment of your order. Per request of the customer, UPS, USPS, or a FedEx tracking number will be provided.
