For clients who are not residing in the continental U.S., please visit our store locations. RIONI.com reserves the right to refuse purchases to any user abusing RIONI.com's policies.

Every effort is applied to ensure the accuracy of errors regarding prices on this web site; however, errors may still be present. If upon discovery of an error on the price of merchandise you have ordered, RIONI.com allows you the option of reconfirming the order at the corrected price or cancelling the order. Title to the products you order on RIONI.com and the risk of damage or losses to the products pass to you upon deliverance, provided that we have received the full funds necessary for the products.

At times RIONI.com may offer specials, promotions, and/or reduced prices on products. RIONI.com's clients have ten days from the original date of purchase to note the price adjustment either via email to sales[@]rioni.com or via telephone. You may receive credit or a refund regarding the difference on any discounted items when the purchase was made only prior the price reduction. The credit or refund for this matter will be returned to you via the original form of payment. Note that there may be different policies regarding price adjustments for in-store purchases.

Product Availability
The products available on RIONI.com include handbags, wallets, luggage, cosmetic bags, coin purses, holders for sunglasses and cell phones, other accessories, and gifts. All the products shown on RIONI.com are subject to availability. Having your product(s) delivered in a timely manner is one of our primary concerns. Therefore, in the case of a shortage of stock (rarely occurs), a RIONI representative will contact you via email or telephone promptly. The client will then be put on the wait list for the particular item(s). The wait list consists of a first come first serve basis meaning that clients will receive their products in the order they have purchased. However, if the product is a discontinued item or an item no longer in production, the client will have the option to receive credit towards their next purchase, choose another style, or receive a refund.

Shipping
Orders from RIONI.com are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Please allow one or two business days for the processing your order. However, orders are usually processed on the same day the order has been received. We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Orders are processed and shipped from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. RIONI.com cannot be held responsible for delays that are unexpected. Products that are lost will require investigation from RIONI's Loss Protection Department. For Security reasons, RIONI.com requires a signature confirmation upon the receipt of your purchse.

RIONI.com offers free shipping on all orders in the United States excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Canada. An additional flat fee of $9.95 USD will be added to your order if you choose to ship to an address in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Guam. An additional flat fee of $14.95 USD will be added to your order if you choose to ship to an address in Canada.

Tracking
Upon completion of placing an order on RIONI.com, an order receipt is emailed to you. When your order has been shipped out, RIONI.com will send you a shipment confirmation email. The shipment confirmation email consists of the following information: a purchase order number, the date of purchase, the method of shipment, and a tracking number if applicable. You may use the tracking number provided by RIONI.com to check the status of your parcel using the following web sites (depending on which service was provided concerning your purchase): UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

Warranty
A limited warranty card is accompanied with every RIONI product. Warranties are valid for a period of one year. Our limited warranty covers all manufacturing and/or mechanical defects, excluding malfunction or deterioration caused by acts of negligence and/or accidents. At their sole discretion, RIONI.com will repair or replace any component or part that needs to be restored to full working order.
RIONI.com has taken every effort to ensure that every product we deliver arrives to you without defects. However, if you notice a defect upon the receipt of your order, you may exchange or return the product to us. In this case, please abide to our Return and Exchanges policies.
