Returns and Exchanges
If you for any reason are not completely satisfied with your order, contact us promptly by email, to services[@]rioni.com. Please retain the original copy of the sales receipt, the packaging materials, and the product(s).

Products purchased from RIONI.com may be returned or exchanged. Note that products purchased from RIONI.com may not be returned or exchanged at any local RIONI stores. Returns and/or exchanges, excluding clearance or promotional items, must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery. Returns and/or exchanges for clearance and promotional items must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery (note: some promotions may have particular guidelines regarding exchanges and returns). You are responsible for reading and understanding these guidelines before purchasing. Item(s) must be returned to RIONI.com's return department in its original resalable condition along with the original receipt, original packaging materials, and any promotional gifts that accompanied that particular transaction. RIONI.com will not accept any merchandise that has been used, worn, altered, damaged, or demonstrate any form of wear and tear. We will not honor any form of exchange, return, or refund if the merchandise shows any signs of being worn, altered, damaged, or any other forms of wear and tear.

Before returning any product purchased from RIONI.com, you must request for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Failure to acquire a RMA number prior to your return may result in a dismissal of your case and/or order. In such a case, refunds and/or exchanges will no longer be granted. Any package that is not labeled with a RMA number will be returned back to the sender at his/her own expense. You may acquire a RMA number via email at services[@]rioni.com or via telephone. Please inform us about the returning product by providing us with a brief description regarding the return or exchange, the style number of the product(s), and other related information concerning the return.

Please note that in the case of a return or exchange, the shipping costs will not be refunded. The appropriate funds may only be returned via the method of payment used for that transaction. Upon RIONI.com's receipt of the product(s) in need of exchange, a RIONI representative will contact you via email or telephone to discuss which style(s) you would like as a replacement. In the case of an exchange, if the original item's value were to be less than the replacement item, we would first apply credit for the exchange and then only charge you for the remaining balance. However, if the original item's value were to be higher than the replacement item, we will only charge you for the difference. Your exchange item(s) will be sent back to you at no additional shipping costs with an exception to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and countries other than the USA (free shipping promotion still applies). To ensure that we do not apply any additional shipping charges regarding your replacement item(s), please email RIONI.com at services[@]rioni.com.

Upon receipt of the returned product(s), RIONI.com's return department will make every effort to promptly process the return. A RIONI representative will send you an email notification when the return process has been successful and completed.

For the purposes of tracking and liability reasons, when shipping returned merchandise, we recommend using a delivery service with parcel insurance and tracking capabilities. RIONI.com will not be held responsible for any form of compensation or reimbursement in the case that parcel(s) are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

RIONI.com reserves the right to refuse returned merchandise that does not meet our return terms and policies in RIONI.com's sole discretion.

Changes and Cancellations
If you choose to modify or cancel your order, please contact a RIONI.com representative and/or email as soon as possible to services[@]rioni.com. RIONI.com will make every possible effort to fulfill your request. However, once a product has already been shipped out, the purchase can no longer be modified or cancelled until the purchase has been returned to us and further through the acknowledgement from our return department. In this case, please abide to the terms that apply in our Return and Exchanges policies.

Repairs
RIONI.com offers services for repairs for products purchased either from RIONI.com or our local stores. Products may be brought to a local store or may be mailed directly to RIONI.com's repair department to:

Along with the product, please enclose the original sales receipt, your email address and/or your contact phone number, a detailed description regarding the repair. We recommend that you ship the parcel securely via insured mail. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a repair. A RIONI representative will contact you regarding the repair details and charges via telephone or via email.
