How do I shop at Rioni.com?
- You may shop at Rioni.com by simply navigating through the top links on every page. The top links are divided into categories and from there you may select a collection. As you roll over the collection names, a thumbnail preview will show to your left in the same dropdown menu box. You may click the image or the link to enter the collection page.
- In the collection page, you may click the arrows to navigate using the carousel slider or you may click the view all link to see all products in that collection.
- You may click the image for more details or simply click the ADD TO SHOPPING BAG button to place the item into your shopping bag.
- After clicking the ADD TO SHOPPING BAG button, a box will instantaneously appear beneath the shopping bag link (positioned on the top right of page). This dropdown box displays the contents of your shopping bag.
- From the shopping bag box, you may do one of three things:
- Click the view shopping bag link to see your purchases in more detail.
- Click anywhere outside to make the box disappear. This way you may continue shopping without hindrances.
- Click the CHECKOUT button if you feel you are done shopping and are ready to pay.
- Before checking out, you will be prompted with the following options: checkout and sign up, checkout without signing up, and checkout with my account. For new users, we recommend checkout and sign up because this will allow you to checkout more quickly in the future. For security and privacy reasons, Rioni.com does not store your credit card details for future transactions. Choose one of the options and click CONTINUE.
- You will then be prompted to enter your address. If you have an account with us, you simply just select the address you have listed on file. Fill in all necessary fields and press CONTINUE.
- Next is the payment step. You may choose to pay with credit card, PayPal, or Google checkout. Afterwards, press CONTINUE.
- Click SUBMIT ORDER and you are done.
What happens after I place an order online?
If you provided a valid e-mail address during checkout, you will receive an email shortly you after order submission. The email is an electronic confirmation receipt. This receipt will display your order number, shipping method, payment method, along with the breakdown of your purchase item(s).
Can I order by phone?

Do you have a catalog?
- Rioni.com has both an electronic catalog and a physical catalog. The electronic catalog is a downloadable PDF. You will need a PDF reading software to open this file.
- If you prefer a physical copy of our catalog, please go to the catalog request page and fill out the form. A catalog will be mailed to the provided address within 7 – 10 working days.

We ship internationally. Please be sure to enter your address precisely. Imprecise addresses will delay the shipping process and may possibly result in cancellation.

What are your shipping options?
Orders from Rioni.com are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Please allow one or two business days for the processing your order. However, orders are usually processed on the same day the order has been received. We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Orders are processed and shipped from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Rioni.com cannot be held responsible for delays that are unexpected. Products that are lost will require investigation from RIONI's Loss Protection Department. Is there sales tax?
Only California residents will be charged sales tax.

What if my billing and shipping addresses are different?

How do I use a Gift Card / Promotional Code?
After you are finished adding item(s) to your shopping bag, you will enter your Gift Card / Promotional Code in the field (located on the bottom of the payment options checkout screen). Gift Cards must be activated before use. Continue reading below for instructions on how to use a gift card.
How do I use a gift card?
In the upper top left, click the gift cards link to reveal a box that appears underneath the link. Click the text or gift card image. Every gift card comes with a 16 digit number and a PIN number. The PIN (Phone Identification Number) is used for security verification purposes. Please call 626.228.2517 to activate your gift card. Rioni gift cards can be purchased in values of: $20.00, $50.00, $100.00, $150.00, $200.00. When purchasing a gift card, you can also include a message (optional) if you decide to send the gift card to another party.
Using A Gift Card
1) Add item(s) to your shopping bag.
2) Continue Checkout as you would with a regular order.
3) Upcon completion of inputting address(es) and choosing a shipping method, click the CONTINUE CHECKOUT button.
4) Locate the Gift Card / Promotional Code field located underneath the payment methods.
5) Enter your 16-digit gift card number into the provided field and click the APPLY CODE button.
6) Continue Checkout as you would with a regular order.
Check Balance On Gift Card
1) In the upper top left, click the gift cards link to reveal a box that appears underneath the link. Click the text or gift card image to enter the gift cards page.
2) Select the check balance radio button.
3) Enter your Card Number in the gift card number field.
4) Click the CHECK BALANCE button to reveal the current balance remaining on gift card.
